5. Registered domain must be up dated November 2009, domains and pages submitted must be new, no back links and no cached version.
6. All pages of the participants (content) MUST be in Filipino Language (Tagalog).
7. We compare the url entry to their cached version to see the works of cloakers and blackhat., So we ask that you avoid using any type of meta tag and archive whois guard.
8. Additional pages or indented list does not count – only one domain and can win only one prize.
9. Wordpress CMS platform and a WP Theme only be used. WP Theme used here can be downloaded, the sponsors must simulate the Official blog SEO Summer 2009, the location WP Settings> Links and Link Category named sponsors, must also simulate the “Anchor text or hyperlink and the following URLs in the said Official Blog.
